I waited and waited, and when no message came, I knew it must have been from you. --Ashleigh Brilliant --- "I'm going to kill everyone in this room." "Now that's DARN rude." --The Joker visits David Letterman, twenty past midnight --- writing on and over hand then sending letter- weird artsy romantic thing to do? 97-8-14 --- it's not enough that life imitates art- it always has to imitate *bad* art 97-8-17 --- in- design meeting...will to live- slipping away... lifeforce draining... can't- go on... 97-8-18 --- What a WEIRD day- up til 5am this morning playing through Star Control 3 then after 2 hours sleep I get a slighty enigmtic e-mail suggesting the love blender was reviewed in the New Yorker- between fatigue and exhilaration and severe meeting boredom I feel... name it. 97-8-19 --- "Diet Dr Pepper is god's perfect softdrink" --Mad Mike --- "Please shut up-- I beg of you" --Life in Hell --- Somehow the smell of my pinegreen banana republic shirt reminds me strongly of the comforter on r's bed. Damn. Betrayed by detergent. 97-8-21 --- They say Americans are distinctly fatter than Europeans. Why is that? It might say something about our concepts of "plenty" 97-8-21 --- I'll let you take me to bed but I don't think we should try to have a relationship. --- walking on inman street I seem to interrupt a squirrel and a small bird...maybe they're starstruck lovers, the romeo and julliet of inman square. 97-8-21 --- "I'm a slippery monster in a sticky world- this is no place for me" --Ickus, The Real Monsters --- So odd and unbalancing to be so very near rebekah and so very far. But going to her housewarming with karla helped, especially because karla doesn't think r's that beautiful and I think I was able to see where she was coming from. Which brings up the $10,000 question- why am I so good at thinking and so terrible at judging? "c'mon guys, it wasn't THAT bad, was it?" And I dunno, maybe I kind of LIKE being obsessive compulsive... 97-8-24 --- Thumpy, a feline life lesson in unconditional affection-RIP, thumpus 97-8-24 --- if noting else rebekah and I taught eachother how to setup luxurious beds 97-8-24 --- the people we love change the landscape of our mind, physical plaices gain new meanings, trivial things seem profound, suddenly, suddenly. 97-8-29 --- "never refuse a breathmint" --toptips --- |
