Yummy list. I roasted a leg of lamb myself for reunion festivities. Lamb is a highly overlooked slab of flesh, in my opinion. Looks like you two will be eating VERY well. Beats my list of late - I have been on a big cereal kick - wanting to eat it for two or three meals a day! Anyhoo - Happy 4th to you and Mo, Kirk.
