Use gmail for all of your e-mail. Then you can take advantage of its great spam filter. And the e-mail addresses can still be @kisrael.com.

The amount of Spam:
A. overwhelms gmail
B. makes google's bots think that my hosting provider is a spammer, because of all the spam sent to me that it forwards to gmail

Why are you having the e-mail FORWARDED to gmail?
Instead, change your DNS settings so that gmail directly receives all e-mail. That way, your host's server isn't involved at all.
