I read through a lot of the Al Qaeda bylaws. I don't know what the cost of living in Pakistan is, but AQ pays peanuts. As a bachelor, I'd get 1000 rupees a month, around $17, and that's with a weak dollar. Also, AQ's disability plan is: we'll try to find a job you can do, or we'll send you home. And something tells me that it's not hard to come by a disability in AQ.
