At the museum gift shop where I work, we have several small stuffed...erm, they aren't stuffed animals, I guess. They're microorganisms and viruses. Rhinovirus is a soft spiky ball the size of a softball, and most are smaller in volume. I forget which ones they have, but E. Coli is there, Flesh-eating bacteria, and I forget which one is spiral-shaped. Probably 5 or 6 total and just over half, IIRC, are lethal.
