Back in the 80's, George Wallace did a joke on one of those Fox stand-up shows, about how Bush41 had this country screwed up, "we got people sneaking back into Mexico." How bad do things have to get before that happens?
Brazil's not that bad off compared to Mexico, so maybe it's like the canary in the coal mine.
