If you liked "The Cell," you must see "The Fall," also by Mardem Singh. It's less horror, more wonderful, and much of the same massively powerful visual direction without remarkable use of special effects.
Yeah, I like The Cell as well... still a bit creepy in bits. I guess this list gives some acknowledgment for being first, sometimes, rather than strictly judged as "best"
