Heavy curtains (with layers of ligher ones behind) will work very well. And if you want you can put plastic up behind them and nobody will see.
My office is heated by a couple overclocked computers :)

I've heard of farmers who read a pig's spleen to predict the weather, but for us to use a sonogram of same to describe the election results is a little ridiculous.
