If memory seervs, (and it often does) you would cite it the same as a book with an author, but substitute the editor's name with the notation Ed. for editorCheck with your instructor for their preferred style, or consult the style guide that your instructor has specified. (There are several. Check with a Reference Librarian to see how many there are.)
