Soren  Your thoughts are much aietecparpd here. Here are the details I believe you are looking for: As you have already witnessed, we don't write Java applets with this product. Okay, we have some really simple Telnet and SSH applets there just to get you by in a pinch, but they are far from full-featured enterprise-class products. So what we do instead is just look to valid 3rd party offerings that can fulfill the need and then serve them up quite nicely right from the SSL VPN itself. Basically we just become a hosting platform for these applets, albeit a very elegant one since we can further rewrite the content to allow single sign-on and other features.  From the business side of the house, we don't have a large enough percentage of customers that really want to go this route, which is why we just partner with the leading software providers to offer it as a licensed feature. Doing this just keeps the pricing lower for the majority of the customers, while really only charging the customers that require the particular applet to license it separately.Linux support varies a little year to year. We do try our best to include as many versions as we can, but if we were to support even 1/3 of the distributions out there  and for both 32 and 64 bit  we have to tack on many months to each release just to QA each of them. It's always a tough business decision. If you have a specific version that you feel should be supported, please track down your Juniper sales team and get them to file an enhancement request. That is where we take a strong look to see what we should be supporting in future releases.
