I don't think IQ tests are so important, and there are so many other correlations this chart is probably pretty stupid.
But since I'm not above being stupid sometimes and my chosen home state and region are at the top of the list, I went ahead and did this hack. You can copy and paste in different state-based data, the format is state name, some white space, and then a number.
