Between using lighter metals to make coins, the way quarters have gone beyond "50 states" to "whatever commemorative thing we dig" (and new nickel designs right?) but mostly everything being tap to pay these days... coins just feel fake, you know? Like I would totally see kids not thinking of them as, like "money" at all.
