Second Amendment fans don't realize how the author of the Second Amendment absolutely saw guns as something that could be regulated by government. They will rarely acknowledge how it was relentless lobbying my gun makers that overturned centuries of understanding of the 2A as a collective right to a private one - and we keep on sacrificing kids to Our Great God Gun.
