Fuck Trump, man. Between garbage like "Trump defunds cancer research", "Trump questions FEMA" - at best it's Homer Simpson's campaign slogan "Can't Someone Else Do It?" - the someone meaning, usually, the states (or some libertarian fantasy of the market stepping up, maybe someone can fix shit AND make a profit!) but newsflash dumbass, cancer and disaster area level emergencies are big enough to need a national response.

And that's at best - at worst Trump the jackass in "Any jackass can kick down a barn, but it takes a good carpenter to build one" Even if there are parts of NIH or FEMA you think are somehow somewhat wasteful, it's not like Trump has ANY serious plan to do something better, because he's not a serious person. (Remember his idea for health? "Concepts of a plan"?) Musk has done interesting things because of "move fast and break things" but this is shit I don't see him moving fast to replace what he is breaking.

Hope you don't get a kid with cancer or get hit by a flood or fire over the next few years. (I mean I'd hope that anyway, but now you're more on your own than ever.)

Somehow this feels less like Trump's promised "Golden Age" and more like a "Golden Showers Age". Enjoy the reign and the rain.
