Free utility for generating printer-ready address labels
Designed and tested for Avery 5660 labels (3 columns × 10 rows) and other products with the same layout (see the layout graphic)
Paste tab-delimited data from Google Sheets or Excel into the textarea below (in Google Sheets: hit ctrl-a or cmd-a, then ctrl-c/cmd-c, then return here and hit ctrl-v/cmd-v ). Then select the columns for each line of each address entry, and hit Generate Labels. (You may have better luck reducing smears grabbing each page as it comes out of the printer, which is why each page needs to be printed separately.)
