I don't get people who say they don't use a scale to watch their wait, they just see how their clothes fit-- yeah, if you weigh daily you have to ignore fluctuation, but it seems a lot easier and faster than the qualitative change of clothes (especially given how loose some of mine are already.) Plus just-washed jeans always feel snug.

Or at least one that fits my prejudices.
